Sweepstakes Rules

THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR THE UNITED STATES ONLY, AND SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED AND INTERPRETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES. ENTRY IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THESE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

No Purchase Necessary to Enter or Win: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Entrants need not be present to win.

Entry: Entrants may enter the sweepstakes by filling out and submitting the online entry and community member registration form via the online link at http://www.esptakamine.com. Only one entry will be accepted per person. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Eligibility: This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States. Entrants must be 13 years or older as of August 15, 2015. Employees of The ESP Guitar Company, Takamine Guitars, and their affiliates, their agencies and representatives and their immediate family members, and individuals residing in the same household as such individuals are not eligible to participate in this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules, the decision of the judges and voters and agree to accept all decisions of ESP with respect to this sweepstakes as final.

Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes will begin on August 15, 2015 and entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM, PST, on September 30, 2015.

Potential prize winners will be notified by the contact information submitted when entering the sweepstakes. If a winner is unreachable for one week (7 days) after the initial attempt to contact him or her, or is otherwise unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. All winners will be subject to verification and must meet all eligibility requirements before a prize is awarded.

Prizes and Odds of Winning: The one Grand Prize is (1) Takamine EF341SC Guitar. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entrants. ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.

General Considerations: Prizes will be shipped to winners at the address provided by the winner upon notification of having been chosen. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfers of the prizes are permitted. Prizes will be shipped to winners by ESP at no cost. Winners are responsible for the payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes. ESP may use information you provide to us in order to send you updates, such as notifications of changes to the terms of our services or information about our services and products. You will be provided opportunities to “opt out” of future communications upon receipt of any communications from ESP.
